During 2025, Grupo Bafar kept moving forward with discipline, a long-term vision and the ability to adapt to an environment marked by cost pressures, raw-material adjustments, shifting market conditions and greater international uncertainty. Throughout the year we stayed focused on strengthening our capabilities, consolidating our diversification and continuing to build a more efficient, innovative organization, prepared to meet the needs of our customers, employees, shareholders and communities.
Reflecting the strength of our business model, in 2025 we reached net sales of Ps.32,698.5 million, 14.8% growth versus 2024. Operating income stood at Ps.5,051.5 million, exceeding the five-billion-peso threshold for the first time in our history, while EBITDA rose to Ps.6,109.8 million (+17.3% vs. 2024), with an 18.7% margin compared with 18.3% in 2024. Net income reached Ps.5,112.7 million, up 173.1% versus 2024, demonstrating the Group’s ability to deliver solid results and sustain profitable operations even in a challenging context.
These results stem from a strategy focused on profitable growth, operating efficiency and sustainable value creation across all our divisions:
- At Bafar Alimentos we continued to strengthen our leadership through a greater share of value-added products, the consolidation of new store openings and progress on strategic projects aimed at expanding our production, logistics and commercial capabilities. During the year we made significant infrastructure investments, notably the expansion of the Chihuahua Distribution Center, new logistics developments in El Paso, Texas, and La Paz, Baja California Sur, as well as automation and smart-manufacturing projects that strengthen our ability to respond to market growth.
- In the real estate division (Fibra Nova) we maintained a positive trajectory through the development of new industrial projects, the completion of Parque Industrial Juárez I, the start of Parque Industrial Juárez II and progress on Parque Bafar Norte in Chihuahua. These projects reflect our ability to capitalize on opportunities tied to the country’s industrial development and investment attraction.
- In the Financial Division we continued to expand the loan portfolio with prudent risk management, strengthening its role as a strategic ally for small and medium-sized enterprises, suppliers and customers.
- In the agro-industrial segment we advanced the consolidation of pecan production, winemaking development and the Valle de los Encinos project, reinforcing our presence in higher value-added activities.
In parallel, digital transformation remained one of the main drivers of our evolution. During 2025 we advanced the implementation of tools such as SAP IBP, Salesforce, AI-based virtual assistants and advanced analytics solutions.
We also strengthened our alliance with Google Cloud by integrating technological capabilities that allow us to improve planning, optimize processes, strengthen customer relationships and make more precise decisions. This transformation is not limited to adopting technology; it also implies a cultural evolution. That is why we drive change-management initiatives aimed at building a more agile, collaborative and results-focused organization.
In human capital, we continued strengthening the development of our talent. We know the results we achieved are only possible thanks to the commitment, knowledge and dedication of our people. We therefore promote training, leadership, change-management and organizational development initiatives that allow our employees to grow together with the Group and face the challenges of an increasingly competitive and technological industry with better tools.
On sustainability, we remain convinced that economic growth must go hand in hand with responsible management of our environmental, social and governance impacts. As a result of that firm conviction, Grupo Bafar was recognized as one of Mexico’s most responsible companies, ranking 29th out of 157 in the Expansión ranking. This recognition reflects our organization’s commitment to generating integral value and moving forward responsibly in each of our operations.
On the social dimension, Fundación Grupo Bafar continued to expand its positive impact on communities. Through the Socio-Sports Schools in partnership with the Real Madrid Foundation, we supported young people in vulnerable situations, promoting values, healthy eating, sport, art and personal development. The Fundación Grupo Bafar Collection Center also consolidated itself as a benchmark in supporting vulnerable communities by delivering food packages with an emphasis on protein as an essential element of a balanced diet. During the year we also held the 14th edition of the Úne-T “For Better Mexicans” Tournament, bringing together employees, business partners, suppliers and allies for the benefit of the Foundation’s social programs.
I express my most sincere gratitude to our shareholders, employees, customers, suppliers and allied communities, whose trust, commitment and close collaboration were fundamental to our evolution during 2025. This year consolidated itself as a period of profitable growth, digital transformation and strengthening of our strategic capabilities. Looking to the future, we reaffirm our commitment to operating discipline, constant innovation and social responsibility, holding firm to the conviction of being a key driver of Mexico’s socioeconomic development.
