FINANCIAL INFORMATION

Net sales of Ps.32,698 million, EBITDA of Ps.6,110 million and net income of Ps.5,112 million.

Income statement summary

We reaffirm our ability to sustain a robust financial structure despite challenging conditions. Domestically, the close of 2025 was characterized by easing inflationary pressures and a less restrictive monetary environment, although signs of caution persisted due to certain cost factors and moderate economic growth.

Nevertheless, the outlook for Mexico remained uncertain, especially due to changes in the political and economic environment of the United States, its main trading partner, and the potential repercussions for trade, investment and supply chains.

As for the Group, our results validate the strategy: we made progress in most areas of the Income Statement and the Statement of Financial Position, reflecting both our operating and financial discipline.
